Alleyway Theatre Incorporated, formerly Buffalo Theatre Collective, is a non-profit corporation founded in September 1980 by Neal Radice.

The company is steadfastly dedicated to the development and production of new plays and musicals.

Alleyway Theatre makes its home in a beautifully renovated 33,000 sq. ft. former bus depot in the heart of Buffalo New York's historic Theatre District. The company offers a continuous season of live stage plays and musicals in its intimate, convertible theatre each September through May, the annual productions of Buffalo Quickies (festival of one-act plays), and A Christmas Carol, plus summer programming, and special events throughout the year.  The corporation provides theatre and educational services to youth through KidShowCo, its children's theatre company.

Alleyway Theatre sponsors the annual Maxim Mazumdar New Play Competition. Audience services include First-Nighter subscription passes, discounted rates for students, Pay-What-You-Can performances, group rates, post-performance discussions with artists, and preview performances for community service organizations. Structured volunteer programs and student internships are available.

The facility also features Main Street Cabaret, a 70 seat theatre which presents varied programming throughout the year.
