TICKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT

All sales of tickets to Alleyway Theatre or Theatre Plus events are final; no refunds, and no exchanges. Alleyway Theatre and Main Street Cabaret feature open (first-come-first-serve) seating. Ticket buyers who arrive after curtain time will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Special seating arrangements may be provided to ticket holders who arrive no later than 20 minutes before curtain time, but are not guaranteed, and will not be provided to late comers who arrive after curtain time. Alleyway Theatre or Theatre Plus performances are cancelled due to weather only in the rare circumstance when the City of Buffalo imposes an official driving ban. In such a case, full refunds will be issued at the request of pre-paid customers.
