Michelle Avila

Michelle Avila is thrilled to be making her regional theatre debut with Alleyway Theatre as Nikki in THE RINK AT THE END OF THE WORLD! She is a sophomore at the University at Buffalo, where she is pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre. She attended Fordham HS for the Arts where her passion for performance started. She played Vanessa in IN THE HEIGHTS, Romaine Patterson in THE LARAMIE PROJECT, and the Singing Telegram in CLUE. She has also performed as a member of the ensemble in YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN at Shea's 710 Theatre. Beyond the stage, she took part in The Broadway League's Broadway Shadowing Program and was a semifinalist in Manhattan Theatre Club's New Friends Competition. Lastly, she is incredibly grateful to her family, friends, and mentors for their unwavering support throughout her artistic journey.
