Thanks to a generous grant from the New York State Council on the Arts, Alleyway is able to make rental spaces affordable at just $10/hr.
For use by individuals and groups looking for rehearsal space, we have three spaces ready to host you. Bookings are available to performing artists on a first-come, first-served basis and do not involve an artist curation or
selection process.
Our cabaret, Pearl Street Rehearsal Room and Main Street Rehearsal Room are all available 7 days a week, generally from 8am-10pm. Rentals must be booked for a minimum of two-hours, and must be paid for at the time of booking via calendly/paypal. There are no refunds for unused time.
To provide as many opportunities as possible, each individual/group is limited to a max of 100 hours at this time.
This support from NYSCA is intended to fund creative rehearsal time and excludes auditions, classes, workshops, and showings.

Our rehearsal rooms, 50 seat cabaret and 99 seat black box can be utilized in a variety of ways.
Additionally, our lobby features a full bar, available for your next event.
