Every purchase of a subscription, ticket, or class incurs a processing fee added at checkout. We are continuing to do our best to minimize these fees with the ticketing and credit card processing companies.

Alleyway Theatre will continue to monitor the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, prioritizing the safety of our patrons and staff. Due to the ever-changing nature of the pandemic, changes to Alleyway's COVID-19 policy can occur at any time. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
Our facility has been updated with MERV-13 air filters throughout, and an air/surface purifier installed in the lobby. Surfaces are cleaned regularly, and hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the building.
Alleyway continues to monitor all CDC and local, state and federal guidance on safety, and will make adjustments to our policies throughout the season.
If a performance is cancelled for any reason, you will be able to exchange your ticket to another performance, receive credit for a future performance, or receive a refund.
Patrons with tickets for postponed performances will be able to exchange their tickets into a rescheduled performance date or receive credit for a future production.
The health and safety of our audiences, artists, volunteers, and staff is critical. If you are not feeling well, we urge you not to come to the theatre. Instead, call us at 716-852-2600 and we will work with you to arrange an alternative option.

Since 1991, Alleyway has offered PWYC performances for every production. We carry on that tradition as our commitment to making theatre available for everyone.
Beginning in 2022, the first week of performances are Pay What You Can Previews, for public performances prior to Opening Night. A limited number of tickets are available in advance online and others cash at the door.
Alleyway partners with Arts Services, Inc. to provide free tickets throughout the season as part of the Arts Access program. In the 2022/23 season, Arts Access tickets are only available for Preview Performances.
Area elementary and middle school students are welcomed to special performances of A CHRISTMAS CAROL each season through our PROJECT SPIRIT initiative. These students receive special workshops and discussions from our staff and teaching artists before the show, immersing them in the world of theatre at a young age. We charge nominal ticketing fees to help offset the cost of creating theatre (aka doing business). Your ticketing fee helps to cover costs of our website, ticketing software, bank and merchant credit card fees, and maintaining our 80-year old facility.
All individual tickets incur a $5 fee, whether they are purchased online, by phone, in person, or carrier pigeon.
Subscriptions and class registrations carry a fee ranging from $5-$10.
Some ticket types (like our 30 Under 30 tickets) have lower fees.
Subscribers never pay to move their tickets to a different performance. Individual ticket buyers are charged an a $5 fee for this service.
Refunds are not issued. In certain circumstances, the value of a patron's ticket will be kept on their account as a credit toward a future production.
For all sold-out performances, a waiting list for SRO tickets will begin in person one hour prior to showtime. Based on availability, a limited number of SRO tickets may be sold 30 minutes prior to showtime when the performance is sold out. $25, cash only.

Affected ticketholders will be contacted via email if a change in the performance schedule occurs.
